Introducing the CEO

Dr. Bahram Shohreh was born in 1968 in Amol, Iran. He earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from Shiraz University in 1994. In 1995, he joined the faculty of Mazandaran University. Later, in 2011, he obtained his Ph.D. in Physiology from the University of Tehran. Currently, he serves as an Assistant Professor at the Sari Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources University, where he teaches courses such as Meat and Fishery Industries Technology at various universities across the country.(Magiran)

In 2003, Dr. Shohreh initiated the establishment of Baryan Goosht Amol Meat Products Company in the second phase of Imamzadeh Abdullah Industrial Town. By 2005, the company launched a comprehensive range of frozen products under the “Baryon Shomal” brand. In 2009, with the implementation of a production line expansion plan, the company began producing various types of ham, sausages, and cold cuts.

With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and promoting this culture within Baryan Goosht, Dr. Shohreh led the company to obtain various national and international quality control certifications within less than five years. These certifications include GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018, and the national standard of Iran.

Dr. Shohreh has authored numerous articles in the fields of food hygiene, zoonotic diseases, food quality control, and appetite physiology. Through his scientific and specialized management, he has successfully participated in various domestic and international conferences, exhibitions, and festivals, earning multiple accolades. Notably, he received the National Top Brand Award in 2010.
